Assitant Workshop, Corvallis, August 18th, 9am – 4pm

Do you have new-to-Montessori assistants joining your staff for the 2014 – 15 school year?  Or, would your staff enjoy a refresher on practical aspects of being an Assistant?  Send them to OMA’s informative and practical workshop in Corvallis!

Come join us as we explore what it means to be a Montessori Assistant!  Topics include the history of Montessori education, what is Montessori and how does it work, child development ages 0-12 and beyond, roles and duties of the Assistant, observation and how to intervene, practical everyday activities, positive guidance techniques and communication with the Guide.
